Assessment Centre / Audits
What?As an additional selection instrument in personnel decisions (new hires or promotions), we plan, design and carry out individual and group Assessment Centres (AC) or audits. The target group here is basically everyone: from trainees to managing directors.
An AC is planned and designed specifically for your company in line with the proposed number of participants, time available and budget. The competencies to be audited and assessed are selected from the multitude of available possibilities.
We usually recommend a mix of the following methods (with and without preparation) as AC building blocks:
- Self-presentations by the candidate(s) (optional: in a foreign language)
- Business cases
- Role playing: simulation of a typical work situation
- Group exercises
- Self-feedback from the candidate(s)
