For the business unit HIV & Oncology a very experienced Senior Product Manager (f/m) with high team-orientation is needed.

Your tasks

  • Product Management work with a special focus on launch activities including the responsibility for an important Launch near future
  • Project related field force work (25 %) with cross functional alignment (sales force, market access, medical) including management of project timelines
  • Managing Marketing Budget and responsibility for developing and executing the Marketing Brand Plan including adapting strategies and international marketing material to local needs
  • Responsible for proactively initiating and coordination Marketing projects to the special need of the Austrian Market and implementing these in the priority treatment centres
  • Ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy in conjunction with Medical, Regulatory and Legal Affairs
  • Providing logical recommendations based on market research info
  • Supports regular reporting, financial forecasting and budgeting in collaboration with Marketing Head, Sales and Finance
  • Establishes strong working relationships with Key Opinion Leaders locally and nationally 
  • Organises and executes customer events in conjunction with team coordinator, participation in international congresses
  • Takes co-leadership with BUD in brand team meetings locally and actively participates internationally
  • Collaboration with different internal interfaces: Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access (cross-functional and cross-market) as well as external interfaces: advertising agencies, government and public affairs (local/regional), local treatment centres, PAG’s, NGO’s (Aids Hilfen, …)

Your qualifications

  • University degree with preferred emphasis on natural sciences or business – ability to understand and interpret medical scientific publications
  • Very senior expertise: proven track record in successfully leading Marketing and launching of a product as well as ideally sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Familiarity with marketing fundamentals including digital, strategy, sales and commercial policies and practices – strategic thinking with ability to formulate, develop and execute Action Plans
  • Strong project management skills (effectively managing multiple project/priorities)
  • Absolute teamplayer – cross-functional working, many interfaces
  • Strong communication and presentations skills – fluent in English (written/spoken)
  • Experience with Patient and Nurse support programmes

Remuneration: EUR 80.000 gross annual salary (excl. variable pay) with willingness to overpay depending on qualification
