SCRUM MASTER (M/F/D)

Our customer, one of the worldwide most successful pharma-companies, wants to strengthen its agility management by an experienced Scrum Master with marketing background.


The organization is comprised of sales, marketing, market access, digital analytics and commercial professionals who are passionate about their role in bringing the medicines to their customers worldwide.


Your tasks

  • Direct teams, ensure that organization goals and agreed agile values are attained, implement and monitor the progress of all marketing projects
  • Demonstrate agile management expertise, apply scrum in a marketing organization, coach management on agile leadership
  • Facilitate reviews, retrospectives, stand-up meetings, sprint- and planning sessions, ensure that agile events are held effectively
  • Overall stimulate a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
  • Work closely with many stakeholders across different cross-functional and diverse teams to embed the agile way of working and ensure campaigns and projects are properly executed, optimized, measured and reported
  • Furthermore, you will hand on work with state of art digital marketing capabilities, tools and therefore support and self-manage key digital capabilities for example HCP portals, virtual events


Your qualifications

  • Bachelor or Masters’ degree is an advantage, scrum certified as well as solid experience in a similar position
  • Profound Marketing background and deep knowledge of Agile Principles & Methods
  • Experience in training-, coaching- people management, leading teams
  • Work experience in digital marketing as well as in a digital-mature environment is an advantage e.g. consumer goods, marketing consultancy, digital media agency or technology companies
  • Experimental mindset and open to innovations
  • A self- starter, with motivation and drive to see strategy executed and deliver results
  • Self-steering, proactive, organized and good in prioritizing and delegating
  • Empathic interaction with people, enthusiasm and strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a complex setting, across many functions and levels and across different customer types as well as in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills both in local language and English and regarding different levels of management
  • Strong team player who enables and challenges the agile team members to cherish collaboration and develop them individually


Remuneration: EUR 49,000 gross annual salary (incl. variable pay) with willingness to overpay
