Our client is a trendy and dynamic growing European e-commerce company based in the north of Germany. The company follows a multi-channel approach offering trendy fashion, lifestyle products as well as gaming, entertainment, and several accessories of all topics. The company has “boomed” in the last decade and has reached a strong European dimension with fast growing turnovers from year to year.

To drive into the next level with the focus on “customer journey” and to fulfil customer`s wishes in fast sequences we look for a dynamic and experienced Chief Sales & Marketing Officer to start.

  Your Tasks

  • Create and drive the European demand generation marketing strategy targeting regional geographic growth
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams in e- sales and marketing to execute  demand generation & brand awareness marketing programs that drive results
  • Be an active member of the European C-board within the group
  • Integrate Sales Development and Marketing teams to maximize total pipeline and monetize the marketing investment
  • Organizing and forming a winning team with young leadership
  • Manage sales and e-commerce product marketing to convert insights, messaging and assets campaigns and content
  • Manage the e-commerce as well as the catalogue channel to future
  • Manage strategic approaches to market with a keen understanding of leveraging plans and analytics for marketing success
  • Collaborate with your teams to define the unique needs of all country geographies
  • Discover and develop integrated marketing approaches, programs and channels that deliver disruptive growth, even if they’re not yet in the playbook
  • Analyze and winning campaign results and optimize programs to increase lead volume and quality and the effectiveness of marketing spend
  • Optimizing customer profit based on LTV mode

Your qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience and success leading and scaling EMEA sales &  marketing function for the B2C business and e-commerce
  • Strong leadership qualities, and demonstrated success of leading a high performing team
  • Deep understanding of demand generation, inbound and target account marketing strategies
  • Track record of campaign ownership and consistent success with a high return on investment
  • Experience leading a strong Sales Development organization
  • Identity and / or security experience a plus as well as technology skills
  • Adept at collaborating with sales, product marketing and cross functional marketing teams
  • Highly self-motivated and organised  with hands on mentality
  • Quantitative skills to make data-driven decisions and reporting


Remuneration: from EUR 150.000 gross annual salary (incl. variable pay) with willingness to overpay
