What?A systemic structure constellation looks at an organisation as a whole. Problems are uncovered by placing people in relation to one another in the constellation as representatives of all those involved. The change is a process, which takes place between the initial constellation and the constellation for the solution.
In the systemic approach, we assume that an organisation is a living organism that is subject to constant transformations determined by the interaction processes between its inner and outer parts. Like an invisible network, all employees are connected with each other, with the market, with the product and with the customers. All the elements that belong to this organisation go to make up the whole ensemble, which is more than the sum of its individual parts. Every action by one member of the organisation has an effect on all the others. The purpose of each system is self-preservation and long-term performance.
In systemic structure constellation work, we look at the interactions between these elements. This reveals those elements between which the interaction is impaired and where the desired performance thus cannot be achieved.
