SINCE THE BEGINNING OF 2024, WE AT EBLINGER & PARTNER HAVE BEEN OFFERING AN ESG-COMPLIANT SEARCH AND SELECTION PROCESS IN LINE WITH THE SUPPLY CHAIN ACT.

From 2024, European companies (depending on size, turnover and number of employees) are obliged to submit a sustainability report with their annual financial statements. In this report, they give an account of their improvements in the areas of ESG - Environment, Social and Compliance.

This includes not only internal improvements, processes and structures, but also the extent to which suppliers are also committed to a positive ESG balance sheet. In line with the Supply Chain Act, suppliers therefore contribute to improving their customers' sustainability reports.

Eblinger & Partner - as a supplier in the search & selection of employees - offers an ESG-compliant process. The main focus here is on the diversity & inclusion of existing employees and candidates. In 2023, we revised our processes and documents and trained all employees so that we can now offer this expertise to our customers.
