E&P at the IGEPHA Come Together 2026

Charlotte Eblinger-Mitterlechner and Senior Consultant Alexandra Mauermann attended the IGEPHA Come Together 2026 last night and thoroughly enjoyed the industry’s kickoff event for the year.

In a relaxed atmosphere, there were many fruitful conversations, friendly reunions, and engaging discussions on the topics that will shape our work in 2026.

They were particularly pleased with the keynote address by Mag. Dr. Juliane Bogner-Strauss, who provided valuable insights with her perspectives from the worlds of politics and healthcare.

A heartfelt thank you to IGEPHA for the invitation to this successful event, as well as for the discussions with Christina Nageler, Anton M. Luchner, Julia Moesslacher, Thomas Klotz, Gruen Alfred, and Alexander Zach, among others.

We look forward to a successful year together and continued collaboration!



Our Eblinger & Partner Annual Conference 2026: Exchange, Reflection, and a Shared Focus on the New Work Year

Our first conference in 2026 took us first to the Mandarin Oriental Vienna, where, together with our management team—Charlotte Eblinger-Mitterlechner and Florens Eblinger, MBA—we delved deeply into figures, data, and facts, discussed marketing and social media updates with Katharina Joana Ferner, and further developed strategic topics.

Another key component was the latest updates and insights from our research department. We were particularly pleased by the personal presentation and the opportunity to get to know our new colleague Fabio Mülthaler better, whom we have warmly welcomed to the team for the past six months.

In addition to in-depth content, there was plenty of time for personal interaction, accompanied by delicious food and many casual conversations among colleagues.

The second day at our office was all about personal development: In the workshop “Paths to a Growth Mindset” with Ulrike Überreiter from Mindway, we worked on defining our own resources, using them effectively in our daily work, and thus approaching future challenges with greater clarity and energy.
