November 2025

Today, another very exciting Eblinger & Partner Executive Search HR Business Breakfast took place—it was a full house!
Together with numerous guests, we enjoyed an engaging morning at the Management Club on Vienna’s Kärntner Straße, focusing on the topic “AI—What Works, What Doesn’t, and What’s Coming Next.”
Our speaker, Andreas Hladky, Partner at PwC Austria and Head of the Artificial Intelligence division, provided a clear and practical overview of the current state of AI in Austria.
Particularly striking was his message that it matters less which specific technology companies choose, and more whether they take the step at all. A key takeaway was therefore: “No matter which AI you use, use one.”
The subsequent discussion clearly demonstrated how much AI is already transforming business models, processes, and decision-making pathways today, and how important it is to approach it with confidence, awareness, and responsibility. The reflections on the direction in which work in general will change were also fascinating. Will we be able to entrust many tasks to AI, thereby allowing us to devote more time in the future to sectors that urgently need human involvement, such as the social sector?
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all participants for the valuable exchange and especially to Andreas Hladky for his insightful contributions.
We look forward to the next Business Breakfast with you!
Yesterday, we celebrated Martin Pichler’s retirement together. A colleague who has had a positive influence on our team for many years.
After 16 years at Eblinger & Partner, our Senior Consultant is taking his well-deserved retirement. Martin was a colleague with whom it was always a pleasure to work: inquisitive, warm, humorous, and always interested in the people around him. He listened, shared, asked questions, and offered support.
His inquisitive nature, his vast knowledge of the industry and far beyond, as well as his genuine interest in every single conversation, have inspired us as colleagues. Martin had the chance to showcase his extensive knowledge last night during his personal “Million Dollar Show,” for which colleagues had compiled quiz questions based on anecdotes and fun facts from the past years. It was great fun for all of us!
Dear Martin, thank you for all the years you have accompanied, supported, and helped shape our team!
We wish you a new chapter in your life filled with ease, joy, and many things for which there has been too little time until now. The wonderful atmosphere and delicious food at yesterday’s celebration should have been a good start for you.
