For fifteen years I have been supporting my clients (individuals, small and medium-sized companies and corporations) in the further development of people or the organization. It is always about soft skills: leadership, communication, conflict management, team building, professional crises, finding your calling, career management and much more. Many of these topics can be worked on in the context of coaching.
