Eblinger & Partner at the Personal Manager Expofestival 2024
Today Charlotte Eblinger-Mitterlechner had the pleasure of attending the personal manager Expofestival in the METAHall Vienna, which is of great interest to us as an HR consultancy.
We were particularly interested in the presentations and panel discussions on the topic of AI in HR as well as the exchange with colleagues from the industry. We were also impressed by the insights on salary transparency, the keyword being "Gender Pay Gap Transparency" and measures for implementation.
The Expofestival offered a wide range of insights into the latest developments in the HR industry, including topics such as recruiting, employer branding, digital HR, learning, personnel development, leadership and workplace health promotion.

In 2023, we filled an impressive 51% of our positions with highly qualified women. Even more encouraging is that 48% of top job management positions are held by women. These figures reflect our commitment to promoting gender equality in all areas of the company.
At 50.5%, we also successfully recruited women in 2022. Of these, 43% took on outstanding management positions in renowned companies.
This continuous growth underlines our conviction that diversity and equality contribute significantly to the success of a company.
